Titanium strut bar Honda Civi Type R (Fk8, FL5)
Designed and manufactured in California.
Made with certified aerospace titanium and purge welded with certified titanium rods.
All bars finished with forged bar ends, the ultimate titanium piece for your engine bay!
Why it’s not just about form but engineered functionality as well:
Over a year of R&D allowed for the design of a bar that sits more forward near the engine, offering greater stability than a bar designed to be near the fire wall on the Type R chassis.
Forged bar ends are then purge welded to an extruded titanium tube, eliminating any flex.
Engineered titanium bases that are both stronger and lighter, formed from a single piece of titanium rather than individual pieces welded together.
The intention of a 3-piece bar serves to allow easier access when working on the back of the engine bay, with a simple un-bolting of 2 bolts compared to a lengthier removal of all 6 strut tower nuts.
And in keeping with Chasing JS tradition, everything from base to bar to hardware is made of titanium!
Package includes:
1x Chasing JS titanium center bar.
1x Chasing JS strut bar titanium end hardware (2 bolts, 2 washers, 2 nuts).
2x Chasing JS titanium strut bar bases.
Available color ways:
-Gradient colored titanium.
-Raw “Ghost” non-color titanium.

California Proposition 65 Warning
***Please note that titanium and its color is a form of raw metal. We advise that you do not use any cleaner with hydrochloric acid to clean your titanium as it will remove its color. We do not warranty the damages to the coating once the products are installed, used, or washed.
Pictures are for reference: Titanium coloring is not a paint or pigment dye so at times, the colors might not be as vibrant. Titanium coloring is a natural metal process. We make every effort to get it as bright and colorful as possible, but please note every piece of titanium has its own characteristics.
